You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. A flat return administrative and shipping materials fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

For defective items, contact us at tonya@tonyaplans.com as well.

Products must be returned in new and unopened condition. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

 

Note: Items from Fourth of July, Sample Sale, Final Sale, Mystery Bundle, or Imperfect sales are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be credited. Customers are responsible for refused packages. Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you.
